What does Mardi Gras mean to you? What is it all about?
Mardi Gras to me means celebrating with big parades and wearing green,gold,or purple. Festivities where you just celebrate and have a good time where beads are thrown. I think that Mardi Gras is just about having a good time. Have you ever celebrated Mardi Gras in Louisiana or on the Coast?How was it? Or did you have any other memories from Mardi Gras? Mines is that I had a birthday party and had a cake decorated with things related to Mardi Gras like beads and other things.

I've never celebrated Mardi Gras. I was very happy that Ms. Ardoin took the time to explain its significance to me. I'll probably celebrate it next year.

I agree with you..and yes I have been to Mardi Gras. and it was a good experience for me.and my memory was the last time I went I had to march in the band..But it still was a good time.
